Community Centre Talk – Rachael Beever – Nationwide Health and Disability Advocacy Service

On Monday 3 May 2021, Rachael Beever from the Nationwide Health and Disability Advocacy Service gave a presentation at the Mary Potter Community Centre for residents and visitors.  The presentation included an explanation on a person’s Code of Rights when accessing a health or disability service, and gave helpful information towards people being aware of the procedures for filing complaints about their care.  The presentation was very well received and Rachael satisfactorily answered the many questions that were asked by the audience.
