Community Centre

The Mary Potter Community Centre is open to tenants and the wider community every Monday and Thursday.

With a multipurpose hall, the community centre is used for people to socialise, exercise, participate in arts and crafts, play table games, and to celebrate Mass. Our monthly guest speaker sessions are a highlight.  Mass is celebrated on Thursdays at 9.30am – All welcome.

The community centre is also home to the Little Company of Mary offices.  It is the place to contact if you would like to find out more about living at Mary Potter Courts or Apartments.

All who come to our community centre are valued and respected. Our principles of love, hospitality, joy and compassion are the foundation of the centre.

Mary Potter Community Centre Features:

• Kitchen facility with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, Rheem hot water boiler, and cups and saucers
• Serving hatch between kitchen and foyer
• Data Projector – VGA and HDMI connections 
• 40” Samsung television – with HDMI and USB connections
• DVD player
• Video recorder/player
• Sound system – including hand and lapel microphones
• Bluetooth connectivity
• White Board
• Piano
• Smoke free property
• Animals are not allowed in the buildings and on the grounds

Hire rates for 2025 – $35.00 per hour or $210.00 per day

A small consulting room (3m x 3.5m) is also available during office working hours – hire rates $20.00 per hour or $100.00 per day.

A board room (seating 8 persons) is also available during office working hours – $100.00 per half day or $200.00 per day.
