Mary Potter Courts

Providing affordable, warm, dry housing for independent people aged 60 plus is a key part of the Little Company of Mary’s ministry.

At Mary Potter Courts, we have 35 subsidised units that are perfect for either a single person or couple. They are situated between Caledonian Rd and Durham St North in St Albans, Christchurch. Each of the units has one or two bedrooms; a comfortable living room; well-designed kitchen and bathroom facilities; and small garden.

While everyone lives independently, there is a strong sense of community amongst the tenants. The Little Company of Mary offices are on site, so the Business Manager and staff are easily accessible during office hours.  Tenants also have peace of mind knowing street access to the units at night is pedestrian only.

All tenants are kept up to date with developments at Mary Potter Courts through a regular newsletter and have free access to a variety of activities at the community centre.
